Tuxedo aka “Tux”, Mascot

Tuxedo has been with Michael Rex since 2003. He graduated with honors from Marin Humane Society’s training program. Since then, he has been a steady companion of Michael’s, coming to work every day without fail. If you’ve ever visited us, then you know that even though he’s old enough to retire, Tux can’t bear to stay away from the office.

Tux still loves his midday breaks at neighboring Dunphy Park, chasing a ball. His favorite Sausalito walk is to City Hall, where at the Planning Department, his gentle karma influences the staff to approve projects. His favorite activity of all time is chasing balls and jumping in the Bay. His bucket list includes visiting all the food trucks in Marin for their pulled pork.
